For organisations
Kit out a team for what one new laptop costs a department
We supply refurbished business hardware to companies, schools and startups — every unit through the same inspection, delivered together.
Why organisations buy refurbished
-
The capex argument
A business-grade machine from us starts at ₹11,800. The same specification new is a multiple of that, and the work it does is identical.
-
Matched configurations
Every machine is listed with its full specification, so you can see before you ask whether we can match ten or twenty units to the same configuration rather than ten similar ones. That matters for imaging and for support.
-
A reportable sustainability line
Most of a laptop’s lifetime carbon cost is in its manufacture. Extending the life of hardware that already exists avoids that cost outright, and it is straightforward to account for.
-
Published specifications
Processor, generation, memory, storage and screen size published for every machine, so a purchase order can be written against the specification rather than a description.
How it works
-
01
Tell us the requirement
Quantity, rough specification, and what the machines are for. If you are not sure of the specification, describe the work instead.
-
02
We come back with what we can match
With what we can actually supply, at what price, and by when. If we cannot match the quantity we say so rather than part-filling the order quietly.
-
03
Inspect before you commit
Come to the Kolkata Experience Center, or we send sample units. For a fleet purchase you should see one first.
-
04
Configured, invoiced, delivered
RAM and storage upgraded to your requirement, each unit logged against its own reference number, delivered together.
Build your list
Browse the 52 devices in stock, tick “Compare” on anything that fits, then send the whole list as one enquiry with a quantity against each machine.
